The project transformed an industrial shell into a warm, modern dining space while preserving its original character. The design emphasizes material authenticity, openness, and a strong connection between kitchen, dining, and retail experiences.
Bel Air Social
The Bel Air Social project reimagines a historic motel in St. Louis’ Central West End into a dynamic, community-driven destination. The project transforms the existing structure into a flexible food hall, coffee bar, and cocktail lounge designed to support multiple vendors and all-day use. Careful attention was given to preserving the building’s original character while introducing a cohesive, modern identity.
Laila Lounge
The remodel of Laila Lounge transforms an existing Kansas City space into a high-energy, immersive nightlife destination. Designed as a luxury “hyper-lounge,” the project blends layered lighting, bold materials, and sculptural focal points to create a fully sensory environment centered around music, performance, and social experience.
Arizona Trading Co
The Arizona Trading Company remodel reimagines a 5,000-square-foot retail space in Kansas City’s Crossroads district into a vibrant, high-volume resale environment. Designed to support the brand’s buy–sell–trade model, the space prioritizes durability, flexibility, and efficient customer flow while showcasing a constantly rotating inventory of curated secondhand and vintage apparel.
4625 Lindell Offices
The remodel of a private office suite at Spaces, located at 4625 Lindell Blvd in St. Louis, redefines a standard coworking environment into a refined, high-functioning workspace. The project enhances an existing flexible office setting with upgraded finishes, improved spatial flow, and a more cohesive visual identity.
Green Dirt Creamery
Green Dirt Creamery in Weston, MO, transforms a historic space into a warm, inviting farm-to-table destination. The project preserves the building’s character while creating an open, functional layout that connects the creamery, dining, and retail areas. Natural materials, thoughtful lighting, and clear circulation highlight the artisanal focus and community-centered ethos of the brand.
