The remodel of Green Dirt on Oak, a 14,000-square-foot farm-to-table restaurant in Kansas City’s Crossroads district, housed within a historic building. The project transformed an existing industrial space into a warm, modern dining environment that reflects the brand’s commitment to sustainable agriculture and artisanal cheese production. The design emphasizes material authenticity, openness, and a strong connection between kitchen, dining, and retail experiences—supporting a concept rooted in community, craftsmanship, and locally sourced food.
