Founded in 2017, CMC Homes LLC was built on a passion for building and a commitment to doing things the right way. Owner and founder Clay Cook has been working on house projects since his teenage years, later gaining technical experience in the elevator trade before starting CMC Homes to follow his true passion. Today, he works alongside his brother and a hardworking crew to deliver projects that reflect craftsmanship, honesty, and attention to detail. CMC Homes has grown into a trusted name in both residential and commercial construction throughout the Kansas City area.
